What does each part of my meal provide to my body? (If
energy nor matter can be created or destroyed, then truly, you are what you
eat)
How far did my food travel? (85%+ of our countries fuel use
is to transport food products)
If I am growing a garden or hiking ,which herbs, fruits or
vegetables have invasive tendencies and how do I prevent this from happening?
